Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Last updated: October 6, 2026
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Ornimus LLC ("Ornimus", "we", "us") collects and uses personal information through ornimus.com, including the Ornimus for Brands pages, quiz, checkout, onboarding form, and demo games, and through the games we build and host for our clients. Ornimus LLC is registered in the State of Delaware, United States. You can reach us at ornimustechnology@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
From businesses that use our services
- Quiz answers and ideas. Your answers to our "Find your game" quiz and, if you choose to share them, your ideas and email address.
- Order details. The package, extras, and offer you choose at checkout. Your business name and email, if entered at checkout, stay in your browser and are only sent to us when you submit your brand kit.
- Brand kit. The information and files you send through our onboarding form, such as your email, business name, website, logo, product images, brand colors, social handle, discount code, launch date, and notes.
- Payments. Payments are handled by Whop. Whop shares with us details such as your name, email, what you bought, and the amount paid. We never receive your full card number.
- Emails. Messages you send us and our replies.
From players of the games we build
- If a player chooses to share it, their email address and consent choice, plus game information such as scores and reward codes. For these players, our client is responsible for the data, and we process it on their behalf (see Section 5).
Collected automatically
- Our hosting provider records basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to deliver and protect the website.
- Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
- Our demo games store your best score in your own browser (local storage). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
3. How we use information
- To recommend a game style, process your order, and build, launch, host, and support your game.
- To send you progress videos, previews, launch details, hosting reminders, and replies to your questions.
- To connect your game to your email tool and deliver player signups to it.
- To keep records for accounting, tax, and legal purposes, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
- To show your game and results in our portfolio only where you have agreed, such as under the founding client offer.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third party advertising.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed:
- Whop, for payments.
- Netlify, for website hosting and form submissions, including your brand kit files.
- Google, for email and fonts.
- Your own tools, such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Zapier, or Make, when you ask us to connect your game to them.
- Hosting and database providers we use to run games, leaderboards, and lead backups.
We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
5. Player data in our clients' games
When a player shares their email in a game we built for a client, that client decides how the information is used. We act as the client's service provider: we pass the information to the client's email tool, keep a backup copy while we host the game, and do not use it for our own marketing. Players who want to access or delete their information should contact the business that runs the game. We will help our clients respond to these requests.
6. How long we keep information
- Quiz answers and messages: up to 2 years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Brand kit files and project records: for as long as we work with you and host your game, then up to 1 year, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Player lead backups: while we host the game, then deleted within 30 days after hosting ends.
- Payment and tax records: as long as the law requires.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you emails, by writing to ornimustechnology@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, such as California or the European Union, you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to know what we hold about you and to not be discriminated against for using your rights. We respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
8. Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of storing or sending data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Clients must not use our games to collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International visitors
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using our services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those countries.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the date of the latest update at the top of this page, and we will email clients about significant changes.
